Shipping policy

 

Most orders will be shipped the same or the next day of purchase, but please allow up to 2-3 business days to create and process your order.

If your order requires urgency before our normal processing time, we will do our best to assist you. Please get in touch before processing your order by emailing us at info@annilla.com.au.

For custom/ bulk order requests, please contact us through our form available on the website or email us at info@annilla.com.au.

Cancellations: For all order cancellations please email us within 24 hours of your order, after this time frame we cannot accept any cancellations due to your order already being created and dispatched within this time frame.

Payment: The payment methods we accept are: Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay, After Pay, and American Express.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Postage/ Australia Express postage, according to which option you choose during checkout. With full online tracking, which will be automatically sent to your point of contact on your order once your order has been processed.

NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, TAS - Next business day or (2-3 business days to metro areas around busy times)*

WA - 2-3 days (Next business day to Perth CBD only)

NT  - 2-3+ days  

* Next business day delivery is only available within the Express Post next business day delivery network
