Healing times vary depending on the individual, lifestyle and overall health.

We recommend wearing your original piercing earrings continuously until the initial healing period has finished.

AFTERCARE

Beautiful healing begins with proper care.

To support healthy healing:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before touching your earrings.

• Clean the front and back of each piercing morning and evening using the ANNILLA Aftercare Solution.

• Gently rotate your earrings while cleansing.

• Keep your original earrings in place throughout the healing period.

• Avoid unnecessary touching.

• Keep perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray and skincare products away from your new piercings.

• Be mindful when brushing your hair or changing clothing.

• Avoid sleeping directly on your new piercings whenever possible.

• After swimming or exercise, cleanse your piercings using your aftercare solution.

Consistency is the key to beautiful healing.

IMPORTANT CARE

For the best healing results:

• Do not remove your earrings before the recommended healing period.

• Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, Dettol, tea tree oil or other harsh antiseptics.

• Ensure the butterfly backing remains secure without being pressed tightly against the ear.

• Keep your piercings clean and dry throughout the healing process.

If you experience unusual discomfort, excessive swelling or signs of infection, please seek medical advice promptly.

ONCE HEALED

Once your piercings have fully healed, you can begin changing your jewellery.

For the first six months, we recommend wearing earrings daily and avoiding leaving them out for extended periods to help maintain the piercing.
